The channel that you want to use, called the Banco Sabadell Group Complaints Channel (hereinafter, the "Channel"), is implemented through software whose intellectual property corresponds exclusively to Editorial Aranzadi, S.A., which incorporates a series of tools and services, accessible to the entity (hereinafter, the "Organization"), which implements a Channel through this web platform, with the purpose of complying with Directive (EU) 2019/1937, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 23, 2019, relating to the protection of persons who report infringements of Union Law, and Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report infringements regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.

This tool allows the Organization, which as a legal entity is legally obliged to do so, to implement an Internal Informant Information and Protection System, adjusted to compliance with all the necessary legal requirements, so that legally authorized persons (in hereinafter, the "Informants") may report any actions or omissions that may constitute violations of European Union Law, as well as actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative infraction.

The use of the Channel is voluntary for the Informants, and communications and information therein must be made, in all cases, in good faith. This good faith is contrasted with other actions that, on the contrary, will be excluded from protection, such as the submission of false or distorted information, as well as that which has been obtained illicitly.

Keep in mind that the responsibility for compliance with the requirements for deletion and anonymization of data provided for in section 2 of article 32 of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and fight against corruption, corresponds to the Organization. Under no circumstances may Editorial Aranzadi, S.A. be held accountable. Informants are guaranteed that the information will be stored on servers within the European Economic Area, guaranteeing its confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Personal data of the Informant and privacy policy.

In the event that the data or information that the Informant enters into the Channel is considered personal data in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations and specifically in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (hereinafter "RGPD"), the Informant expressly acknowledges that Editorial Aranzadi, S.A. is in no case responsible for the processing of these data since it does not have the capacity to decide on its purpose, content and treatment. The Organization that incorporates the Channel will be responsible for the processing and Editorial Aranzadi, S.A. will be considered Manager.

The notifications will be sent from the Channel itself and we will provide you with a code to track the communication made.
