Personal Data Processing

We hereby inform you that the personal data provided through this form will be processed by Banco de Sabadell, S.A. and by the Group company in whose area the query was made, as co-responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection (“RGPD”) and article 29 of Organic Law 3/2018 on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Rights Digital (“LOPDPyGDD”). Said processing has the purpose of managing and resolving the query reported.

Data Recipients: Data will not be transferred to third parties except in those cases in which it is absolutely necessary to do so in order to adopt corrective measures for the events reported and/or comply with a legal obligation or request made by the competent authorities in accordance with the procedures established to this end.

Data Origin: the data provided by the person requesting.

Rights: You can write to the bank's Data Protection Rights Unit through our registered office or you can reach us via the email address ejercicioderechosprotecdatos@bancsabadell.com in order to exercise your rights pertaining to your personal data -- i.e., the right to access your data, rectify your data, oppose your data's use, request deletion of your data, request limitation of your data's use, and request data portability, as well as to exercise the right to oppose automated individual decisions that may significantly affect you or entail legal consequences, in accordance with article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Likewise, in the event that the data owner deems this necessary, he/she can contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) at the address Calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, in order to file a claim and ensure the safeguarding of his/her rights.

Data Retention: The bank will keep your personal data only for the time required to manage and resolve the query made. In some cases, and due to obligations imposed by certain specific regulations, some information's storage may reach up to 10 years.
